Please read the following instructions and ensure you have the necessary documents before you proceed with the online application:

You are to complete all the required fields* in this online form.
You are required to upload your current ID/passport size photo, (certified true copy) high school and post secondary transcripts (if any).
Photo must be in color with minimum resolution of 150 pixels per inch and save in jpg, png or gif format. Max file size is limited to 1MB.
Document(s) can be in black & while or color with minimum resolution of 150 pixels per inch and save in jpg, png, gif or pdf format. Ensure that all scanned copies are in good quality. Max file size is limited to 2MB.
For admission payment, all students residing in the Philippines need to deposit the non-refundable application and transcripts fee (if any) to ZCUDEP's BDO account.

I understand upon completion of my program of study and meeting all graduation requirements my diploma will be issued by Zion Christian University. *
